Requirements
  • Currently based in the UAE with a minimum 10–15 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM, Hotel Manager, or Director of Operations)
  • Proven success managing large-scale complex operations in the GCC region.
  • International branded hotel experience & exposure to the luxury market
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Master’s degree (MBA or Hospitality Management specialization) is preferred, especially for international or luxury brands.

  • Strategic Leadership : Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, brand standards, and growth objectives.
  • Operational Excellence : Manage daily hotel functions—including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services—to deliver seamless and superior guest experiences.
  • Financial Management : Develop and control budgets, monitor financial performance, optimize revenue streams, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to foster a high-performance, service-driven culture.
