We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. Our ideal candidate is a creative individual with a passion for cooking and the ability to create delicious menus that appeal to our customers. We are looking for someone who can work with the kitchen staff to ensure top quality food is prepared and served on time. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and have excellent organizational skills. We are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.

Job Description: The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating menus, overseeing all food production, providing direction and support to kitchen staff, ordering supplies, ensuring kitchen safety procedures are followed, monitoring food quality and taking corrective action when necessary. They will also ensure that the kitchen operates in accordance with all health and safety regulations as well as maintain a clean working environment. The Executive Chef will report directly to the Head Chef or General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all food preparation activities
  • Ensure a smooth operation of the kitchen during service times
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate costing of menu items

  • Manage inventories effectively by ordering supplies at appropriate times
  • Train new employees on proper kitchen procedures
  • Create periodic reports related to performance metrics for management review
