Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager for a gaming company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging communication between internal teams and external vendors, driving operational excellence, and contributing to business development and sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Supervise day-to-day operations and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to set and achieve performance targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and market expansion.
Monitor project progress, provide strategic direction, and resolve operational challenges.
Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics and operational status to senior management.
Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations in all operational activities.
Support HR and recruitment functions as needed to ensure a well-staffed and productive team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
Strong background in vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales and support teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to or already be based in Dubai.
