Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Junior Information Manager for our Middle East Site Operations team. The role involves process improvements and supporting construction project delivery, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and assisting with proposals and project tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or civil engineering with 5+ years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in the Middle East.
- Minimum 2 years in digital delivery of complex projects (Information Management/BIM).
- Desirable certifications include Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Synchro, Fuzor, and relevant Information Management certifications (e.g., BRE, RICS).
- Good knowledge of industry standards such as LOD 300-500, and experience with project digital delivery from design to handover.
- Experience working with various stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and clients.
Key Skills
- Understanding of data and information management, ISO 19650 standards.
- Knowledge of engineering design, multidisciplinary coordination, and quality compliance.
- Proficiency with authoring tools and model coordination platforms like Navisworks, BIM Track, Revizto.
- Experience with CDE platforms such as BIM360, ProjectWise.
- Data visualization skills with PowerBI; familiarity with automation tools like Dynamo is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, quantity take-offs, VR/AR applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital content creation, storage, and publication in line with project standards.
- Administer and support the use of the CDE platform.
- Implement effective information management practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in audits, compliance, and certification processes related to ISO 19650.
- Support strategic digital initiatives and the development of asset information models.
