Sealy Mattress Middle East is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our hardworking sales team. As a leader in the bedding industry for over 30 years, we are committed to providing our customers with top-notch mattresses and exceptional service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. • Manage and respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries from potential clients.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and contract negotiations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably in the retail or bedding industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to achieving results.
• Male / Female, 20 to 28 years of age, Lebanese, Egyptian, or Indian national.
