You will handle various responsibilities including greeting customers, operating printing and binding machines, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly. The ideal candidate should have experience with printing, photocopying, scanning, and binding services, along with effective customer service skills. This role requires maintaining cleanliness and the proper functioning of equipment to provide high-quality services.

Skills
We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendlyStationery Shop Assistantwith experience inprinting, photocopying, scanning, and binding services. The candidate will support daily shop operations, assist customers, and handle printing-related equipment efficiently.
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting stationery and office supplies
- Operate and handleprinting, photocopying, scanning, and binding machines
- Provide services such asdocument printing, color/black & white copying, lamination, spiral and thermal binding
- Check print quality and ensure correct page order and finishing
- Load paper, ink, toner, and other consumables correctly
- Perform basic troubleshooting for printers and copiers
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of printing and binding equipment
- Operate the billing system / cash register accurately
- Arrange, label, and restock stationery items
- Monitor stock levels of stationery and printing materials
- Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally
- Assist in opening and closing the shop as required
