- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and property portals
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to clients
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requests in a timely manner
- Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
- Prepare and present property options tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms and close successful rental and sales deals
- Update CRM with all client interactions and deal progress
- Meet monthly sales and performance targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Ability to generate leads and manage client portfolios
- Familiarity with RERA rules and Dubai property market trends
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work under pressure
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Fluent in English; Russian, Arabic, French, or other languages are a plus
