Job summary

We are looking for a results-driven Property Consultant to join our team, drive property sales, and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, source, and develop new leads for property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market insights.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Maintain and update client and property records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.
  • Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Skills
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing portals.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred
