Job summary
A leading hospitality company is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to support operations at their signature restaurant specializing in Lebanese cuisine in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in Hotel Management or related fields and experience in the restaurant industry. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining a sanitized work environment, and promoting teamwork. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant environment is required.
- Arabic speaking skills are an advantage.
- Strong passion for leadership and teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support overall Food & Beverage operation to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining standards.
- Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving.
Skills
Education
You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the signature restaurant (Lebanese Cuisine) to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, and ensure only the highest quality products are being served by developing and maintaining a strong team environment and delivering prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards. You further handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
- College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Arabic speaking will be an advantage
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
