Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of construction management experience and be ready to consider an immigrant.

• As our Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept through completion.
• You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
• Your duties will include designing the project plan; managing resources such as labor, materials and equipment; creating schedules; managing risk; establishing safety protocols; monitoring progress; ensuring adherence to building codes; resolving any problems that may arise during the course of a project and more.

• The successful candidate should have superior organizational skills and be able to think critically in order to solve problems quickly.
• They should have excellent communication skills as they will be working with clients, subcontractors and other members of the team on a daily basis.
• Additionally, they should possess strong technical skills in areas such as mathematics, engineering or architecture.
• Knowledge of building codes is also essential for this role.
