Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Operations Manager to play a dual role in supporting both the operational execution of the business and technology development of our Private Financing Platform (PFP). The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while also acting as a business analyst and project coordinator for technology enhancements, workflow automation, and platform integrations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, process optimization, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Operations & Process Management:
- Oversee day-to-day platform workflows, ensuring smooth onboarding, deal execution, and transaction support
- Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support knowledge sharing across teams
- Prepare operational dashboards and management reports to track KPIs and platform activity
- Technology & Project Delivery:
- Act as the operations lead for tech rollouts, coordinating with product managers and developers
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for platform enhancements
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; track progress using project tools
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and integrations, ensuring readiness before launch
- Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve scalability
- Workflow & Data Analysis:
- Map end-to-end user journeys (issuers, investors, administrators) and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze operational and platform data to produce insights, trends, and recommendations
- Support API/data integration projects and vendor evaluations when needed
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the bridge between business, risk, compliance and technology teams
- Provide structured feedback from operations to influence platform roadmap
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners
- Provide training and support to internal users on new workflows and features
Qualifications & Skills
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 7-10 years’ experience in operations, business analysis, or project delivery within fintech, SaaS, or capital markets platforms
- Strong knowledge of process design, workflow optimization, and platform operations
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Desirable:
- Prior experience in fintech, investment platforms, or capital markets
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and system architecture basics
