This role includes developing standardized operating procedures for vehicle handling, training staff on luxury service protocols, and implementing advanced technology solutions such as valet ticketing systems and GPS tracking to enhance performance. This role analyzes parking volume data, optimizes team schedules for peak periods, and ensures compliance with insurance requirements and local regulations. The Valet General Manager coordinates VIP arrivals at high-profile events, manages logistics for hospital valet stands, and provides hands-on leadership to maintain consistent service standards across varied client environments. Acting as the primary liaison with property partners, the manager negotiates contracts, delivers performance reviews, and ensures adherence to service level agreements.
