We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Finance Director to lead LikeCard’s financial strategy, treasury operations, finance operations, and risk management. The Senior Director will play a critical role in scaling financial infrastructure, managing liquidity, ensuring compliance, and supporting growth initiatives across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with corporate vision and goals, including support for digital voucher solutions and marketplace expansion.
- Partner with the Group CEO and CFO along with the executive team on strategic planning, M&A, and investment decisions.
- Lead long-term financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and capital allocation strategy.
- Treasury and Liquidity Management
- Oversee daily cash management, banking relationships, and funding strategies.
- Optimize treasury operations to ensure strong liquidity across all business units and markets.
- Manage foreign exchange exposure and working capital efficiency.
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
- Provide actionable insights to drive profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate unit economics, pricing models, and new market entry plans.
- Controllers hip and Compliance
- Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial control functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, audit, and financial reporting standards in multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead internal and external audits and implement robust internal controls.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance, accounting, and treasury team.
- Foster a data-driven and accountable culture within the finance organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or financial services.
- Deep expertise in treasury management, financial planning, and multi-entity financial operations.
- Strong understanding of cross-border financial regulations, FX risk, and compliance frameworks.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
