Education
We are looking for a Waiter to join our restaurant in Musaffah. Our restaurant offers an excellent working atmosphere and competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing professional, friendly and responsive service to guests in the restaurant.
- Greet guests upon arrival and thank them when they leave in accordance with established standards
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving items and answering questions related to menu items
- Ensure that all orders are accurate, served timely and in accordance with standards set by management
- Maintain proper dining experience by having menu knowledge and being able to answer any questions regarding ingredients or menu items
- Take orders from customers accurately while upselling when appropriate
- At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of foodservice industry standards and regulations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus
