About the Role:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth outside of our named accounts and capturing new business opportunities in the Gulf Region.

Your contribution will be:

  1. Drive Sales in region via partners and direct with Sales team.
  2. Recruit, induct and manage Nintex Partners in order to meet or exceed sales target.
  3. Create and implement a sales plan in conjunction with management team.
  4. Develop, manage, and report on a sales pipeline within the territory; present sales forecasts in a timely fashion.
  5. Create and sell vertical market solutions and horizontal applications.
  6. Leverage our Strategic, Global and local Partner ecosystem to build pipeline and drive sale.
  7. Identify and coordinate key performance indicators with the Technical Evangelist team that align to net new sales team goals.
  8. Identify and remove, or signal to the VP, any road blocks to short or long term sales.
  9. Maintain an up to date knowledge of the Nintex products.
  10. Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure visibility of leading and lagging indicators that are established to track effectiveness of your team.
  11. Work with Product Marketing for sales readiness.
  12. Ensure that all Nintex business with its Partners are fair, honest and consistent.
  13. Provide Sales Leadership for Region and support TE functions in region.
  14. Travel will be required to manage regional relationships and work hours may vary based on regional coverage.

To be successful, we think you need:

  • 15+ years of experience in Sales across GCC markets. Preferably in General Business / Commercial Sector.
  • 5+ years of sales management expertise.
  • Proven track record in selling business applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, etc.), process automation solutions, or low-code app development platforms.
