We are seeking a skilled and experienced Blasting Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rock engineering, blasting techniques, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves planning and executing blasting operations to optimize efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.

• Design and implement safe and effective blasting plans for rock excavation and related activities.


• Conduct site assessments and analyse geological data to determine optimal blasting methods.


• Oversee drilling and blasting operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.


• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of blasting techniques and recommend improvements.


• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, surveyors, and site managers, to ensure alignment with project goals.


• Maintain detailed documentation of blasting activities, including permits, safety records, and environmental impact assessments.


• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes related to blasting and rock engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering,


• Minimum 8+ years of experience in blasting engineering within the rock engineering industry.


• Strong knowledge of blasting techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.


• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and environmental standards.


• Proficiency in using blasting software and tools for planning and analysis.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
