Job summary
A leading furniture and decoration company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Foreman Fit Out Joinery to supervise fitout and joinery works at the site. The role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring quality and safety, reading shop drawings, and reporting material usage to management. Candidates should have experience in joinery and carpentry, ensuring timely completion of projects while coordinating with other trades. This is a crucial role in maintaining standards and efficiency on site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise fitout and joinery works at site as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate daily activities of carpenters and fitout workers.
- Ensure quality safety and timely completion of joinery works.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and work schedules.
- Monitor material usage and report requirements to site management.
- Coordinate with other trades to avoid work conflicts.
