• Oversee and manage property bookings across various platforms (Airbnb, Booking dot com, direct channels).
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Provide check-in/check-out support and handle any guest issues or emergencies as needed.
• Create and maintain property listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, photos, and rates.
• Monitor and update availability calendars.
• Process bill payments (utilities, services, etc.) and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare invoices and assist with financial reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date records of guest bookings, contracts, and other documentation.
• Order supplies and manage inventory (linens, amenities, cleaning materials).
• Support compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

Permits & Licensing:

• Prepare and submit applications for DTCM holiday home permits, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s regulations.
• Assist with the application and renewal of working permits for staff as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all licenses and permits to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and services.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure listings are optimized and promotional materials are current.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in administrative roles (hospitality or property management experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with DTCM regulations and permit application processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking dot com, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evening or weekend support.
