SEMS is a Dubai-based events and creative agency, passionate about delivering high-impact experiences, from corporate activations to digital campaigns. We’re now looking for a skilled and driven Freelance Lead Closer who can help convert inbound and outbound leads into actual clients.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a persuasive communicator who can nurture leads, follow up professionally, and confidently close deals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales instinct, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hunger for commission-based rewards.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on provided leads and pitch our services (Events, Marketing, Digital Campaigns, etc.)
• Understand client needs and align them with SEMS’ offerings
• Build rapport, handle objections, and confidently close deals
• Maintain basic reporting of interactions and closures
• Collaborate with our internal team for seamless project handover post-closure

Compensation:

• Commission-Based Only – Earn a percentage on every successful closure
• Performance bonuses for high conversion rates

Skills
