Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team and lead all commercial and contractual aspects of major real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to ensure risks are minimized and value is maximized.
  • Manage claims and disputes in line with contractual terms and timelines.
  • Review contractor and consultant assessments for variation orders and cost changes.
  • Draft and adapt consultant and contractor agreements in coordination with the Legal team.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports including variation logs, change management, and claims trackers.
  • Negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Oversee post-contract quantity surveying services, including final account settlements.
  • Monitor and manage project insurance policies related to construction works.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial or contracts management within large-scale construction or real estate projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial management principles.
  • Proven negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in commercial management systems and reporting tools.
