Role Summary

We are hiring Relationship Managers with proven real estate sales experience at a developer in Dubai. The selected candidates will represent Elevate’s premium developments, managing qualified leads and guiding clients through every stage — from enquiry to handover — with full in‑house support from marketing, operations, and post‑sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales through presentations, tours, and follow‑ups.
  • Build and manage long‑term client relationships from first contact through to project handover.
  • Represent Elevate’s developments across marketing campaigns, events, and partner networks.
  • Maintain updated client data, leads, and reports within the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs while contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of real estate sales experience at a Dubai‑based developer.
  • Only candidates with developer‑side experience (including brokers who have worked directly for a developer) will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of off‑plan and ready property transactions.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Presentable, confident, and highly target‑driven.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai and available for immediate interviews.
