We’re partnered with a next-gen web3 entertainment company, looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the go-to-market and growth strategy for their new stablecoin currently under NDA from 0-1. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up, crafting the marketing vision for a product set to reshape DeFi infrastructure and drive mass adoption in web3.

You’ll be joining a founding team of builders, helping to define brand architecture, launch strategy, and scalable marketing operations for a future-ready stablecoin product. Key responsibilities:

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team from the ground up
• Create and execute GTM strategies for the stablecoin and related DeFi products
• Scale growth strategies across multiple channels and customer segments
• Develop internal playbooks and repeatable systems to drive long-term success
• Collaborate closely with founders on vision, narrative, and positioning
• Balance brand and performance marketing for maximum market impact
• Operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced, remote-first startup

Key experience:

• 5+ years in marketing leadership roles, with strong exposure to web3 or DeFi
• Proven track record of scaling marketing functions in high-growth, agile environments
• Deep understanding of growth funnels, brand strategy, and community-driven campaigns
• Experience launching new products or brands across global markets
• Strong communicator with high EQ and sharp decision-making instincts
• Thrives under pressure, loves ambiguity, and drives urgency across teams
