Our client is a global logistics and supply chain leader providing integrated warehousing, fulfillment, and transport solutions across multiple industry sectors. With significant operations across the GCC, the company is expanding its E-Commerce and Retail Contract Logistics division to meet fast‑growing demand for scalable, tech‑driven supply chain solutions.

They are now seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Contract Logistics (E-Commerce & Retail) to drive regional business growth, lead solution design, and support capacity expansion initiatives across the MENA region.

This is a leadership position responsible for developing, executing, and managing commercial strategies within the E-Commerce and Retail vertical. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams, overseeing solution design and implementation, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of omni‑channel logistics, fulfillment operations, and retail supply chain transformation across the GCC.

• Develop and implement contract logistics strategies for E-Commerce and Retail clients across the GCC.
• Drive commercial growth through new business development, solution engineering, and pricing excellence.
• Manage a team of Contract Logistics Engineers and Pricing Specialists, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
• Lead RFQ processes, commercial negotiations, and renewals for key accounts.
• Oversee greenfield and brownfield warehouse development, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to deliver best‑in‑class logistics solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry forums, strengthening its presence in the region.
• Ensure that all activities adhere to HSE, quality, and corporate compliance standards.
• Travel regionally to evaluate facilities, meet clients, and oversee project implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of logistics and supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in E-Commerce and Retail contract logistics.
• Proven track record in solution design, warehouse automation, and fulfillment centre operations.
• Experience leading greenfield warehouse or distribution projects in the GCC.
• Excellent understanding of last‑mile delivery, omni‑channel logistics, and digital fulfillment models.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex RFQs and negotiations.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Analytical and data‑driven mindset with attention to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimisation frameworks preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
