Position: Head of Business Excellence (Emirati)

Job Summary (Purpose)

The role oversees the implementation and supervision of institutional excellence and quality programs both internal and external in line with Dubai Government Excellence Program and organizational strategic objectives. It ensures the establishment, monitoring, and improvement of excellence and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise strategic and operational plans for institutional excellence.
  • Implement Dubai Government Excellence Framework standards.
  • Coordinate and support participation in government performance programs.
  • Conduct internal and external assessments, propose corrective initiatives, and monitor implementation.
  • Lead initiatives to improve organizational processes, procedures, and service quality.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies, develop policies, KPIs, and excellence tools.
  • Submit regular performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.
  • Represent the entity in collaboration initiatives with external government bodies.
  • Supervise and develop staff, ensuring alignment with excellence goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Masters preferred).
  • 7+ years relevant experience in excellence, quality, or performance management.
  • Strong experience in organizational planning, monitoring, and change management.
  • Skills in innovation, analytical thinking, problem solving, and process improvement.
