A leading retail company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Head Cashier to oversee cash handling and banking processes. You will ensure secure management of daily cash and assist with refunds and exchanges while maintaining administrative records. The ideal candidate has previous experience in administration and cash handling. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and coaching cashiers to enhance their performance in a store environment.
Qualificações
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Cash handling and banking experience.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure control and secure handling of cash and daily banking.
- Assist with refunds/exchanges and undertake administrative responsibilities.
- Train and coach cashiers to improve performance.
Conhecimentos
As Head Cashier you will ensure the control and secure handling of cash and daily banking and assist with refunds/exchanges as well as undertake administrative responsibilities for store records/documentation.
You will also train and coach the cashiers to improve performance.
You will have:
- Previous experience in an administration role.
