Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Guest Relations professional to enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to guest queries, managing VIP arrivals and departures, and ensuring effective communication between guests and staff. Experience in guest relations and a relevant degree in hospitality management are required. Proficiency in German is advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
