The ideal candidate will have proven senior finance experience, strong corporate finance knowledge, and excellent leadership skills. Qualifications
- Proven senior finance experience (Finance Director, Controller, or Senior Finance Manager).
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax.
- Skilled in financial analysis, KPIs, and modeling.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Provide KPIs, dashboards, and analysis to guide the CEO and shareholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT & Corporate Tax regulations.
- Protect shareholder value through transparency and governance.
- Manage risks, audits, and internal controls.
- Support international market expansion with financial planning.
