Cash and Liquidity Management: Oversee daily liquidity management, to meet the operational needs of the business, whilst maximising efficiency in capital deployed
Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, and implement and monitor hedging strategies to manage them
Treasury Systems & Processes: Develop, implement, and improve treasury systems and processes to ensure accurate and efficient operations
Support Head of Treasury with strategic planning and decision-making: including capital allocation, process improvements, and bank relationship management
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury management role, preferably in a fast-paced fintech, technology, or financial services environment
Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Proven track record: In cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, and financial risk management
Education: A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
Professional certifications such as ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) or CFA would be an advantage.
Skills: Strong understanding of treasury products, financial markets, and risk management techniques
