Job summary
A leading service provider in tracking solutions seeks an experienced technician for installations and repairs of tracking systems. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in fitting vehicle tracking equipment. The ideal candidate should hold a Matric and a driver's license, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This position is based in South Africa, Gauteng, offering competitive opportunities for development.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in the fitment of vehicle tracking equipment.
Responsibilities
- Complete hardware installations to the highest quality and within the required timelines.
- Repair, Maintain and Installation of Tracking Systems.
- Provide product support onsite and remotely.
- Handle technical and client queries.
- Assist with technical evaluations and repairs.
- Manage stock and tool of trade vehicle.
- Provide comprehensive feedback to internal role players.
Skills
Education
To complete Tracking devices installations to the highest quality and within the required timelines.

- Trade test in motor electrical electronics or similar preferred
- Auto-electricians qualification advantageous
- At least 3 years’ experience in the fitment of vehicle tracking equipment
