- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage paid media campaigns, track performance, and optimise for engagement and ROI.
- Oversee community management, ensuring prompt, professional responses to online queries.
- Monitor and manage the companys online reputation across review and rating platforms.
- Analyse and report on social media performance, insights, and sentiment trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align brand communication.
- Identify emerging trends and implement best practices for digital engagement.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- 5+ years experience in social media management and/or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Experience with social listening and ORM (Online Reputation Management) tools.
- Strong copywriting, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and crisis management abilities.
