In this role, you'll produce the impactful visuals that amplify our content online. From concept to execution, you'll create forward-thinking digital designs that resonate with our audiences and align with our mission of inspiring hard-working people.
As an experienced Digital Designer, your skills go beyond traditional design. Your portfolio demonstrates both your ability to create visuals that captivate, as well as your deep understanding of how our wide-ranging audiences connect with what they consume onscreen.

- Creating magnetic and memorable, high-quality designs for our website, social media pages, email campaigns and digital advertising.
- Optimising designs for a range of formats through your exceptional understanding of digital platforms.
- Delivering creative solutions with forward-thinking ideas, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborating with our in-house Marketing team to develop innovative design strategies that boost our various campaigns.
- Staying ahead of emerging digital and design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
