We are a family-run energy brokerage business operating for 10 years as a key intermediary between field agents and energy suppliers. With the growing administrative demands of managing fluctuating contract volumes, we’re seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to provide support in data entry and contract processing.

Role Overview :

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our administrative workload. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the UK energy industry, especially in roles such as a call center or administrative position. This flexible, part-time role requires someone who is highly self-motivated, can work independently, and can handle timesensitive tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Accurately enter and update data in Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk software.
  2. Process energy contracts and ensure all information is correct and timely.
  3. Handle urgent, timesensitive tasks with tight deadlines.
  4. Communicate efficiently with internal teams and external suppliers.
  5. Maintain attention to detail while managing varying contract volumes (30-100 per month).
  6. Work autonomously and problem-solve as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time with minimal supervision.

Desired Qualifications and Skills :

  1. Experience working in a UK supplier call centre facing customers would be advantageous for industry knowledge.
  2. Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk is a plus.
  3. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and contract processing.
  4. Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Flexibility to manage fluctuating workloads and handle urgent tasks.
  7. A proactive self-starter attitude with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Position Requirements :

  1. Remote work (UK-based preferred).
  2. Availability to work on tasks with varying volumes, sometimes with tight deadlines.
  3. Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup is a must.
