Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and motivated person to join our growing team as a Sales Representative.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

This is a client-facing role suited for an energetic individual who enjoys being on the road and engaging with people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for fixed asset tools and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to identify and engage potential leads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Report on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Highly active on LinkedIn with a professional online presence.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Must have own reliable transport (travel allowance provided).
  • Must have a valid driver's licence.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Marketing and / or financial qualification (advantageous, not required).
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in SaaS, asset management, or financial services will be beneficial.
  • Bilingual in English / Afrikaans.
Compensation & Benefits

Commission : 8% on all sales (uncapped)

Travel and cellphone allowances provided.

Hybrid working model combining field visits and remote work.
