Senior Test Analyst

Required Experience & Skills:

Strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

5+ years of software testing experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on WMS.

Solid understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory).

Experience testing integrations with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business and system requirements related to WMS functionality.

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for WMS and related interfaces.

Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and operations teams.

Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and produce high-quality defect documentation.

Provide test progress reporting and drive resolution of test issues.

Support UAT and go-live readiness for WMS deployments.

Essential Skills:

WMS Platforms: Manhattan, Blue Yonder (JDA), HighJump, etc.

Test Management Tools: Jira, Xray, TestRail, Zephyr.

Automation Tools (nice to have): Selenium, Tosca.

Databases: SQL (basic query skills to validate backend data).

Integration Testing: EDI, APIs, Middleware (e.g. MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO).
