1. Ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced/refurbished as required.
2. Perform preventative maintenance, installations, repairs and troubleshooting on refrigeration and electrical systems and general facilities.
3. Perform rotation cleaning duties as required.
4. Report any accident, or damage to equipment immediately.
5. Ensure that the facilities and equipment are continuously in good repair and safe for human use.
6. Responding to breakdowns timeously.

1. Ensure guest satisfaction by performing such duties as attending to their requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
2. Ensure that all logistics duties are performed and completed with minimal interruption and inconvenience to guests, and the service operation.
3. If spoken to acknowledge guests using the appropriate levels of discretion and the correct forms of address.
4. Report or hand in any property belonging to the guest left lying open in the room.
5. Ensures that areas where jobs are undertaken are left properly clean and ready for use.
6. Always display a polite and gracious manner.

1. Comply with and apply all relevant quality standards, policies, processes, rules and procedures.
2. Follow the established sequences of logistics service, adjusting for the needs of operations.
3. Complete any paperwork required as part of the job.
4. Notice and communicate to management opportunities to further improve quality standards.
5. Contribute to the implementation of on-going and continuous improvements.

1. Maintain any storage facilities to ensure they are clean and tidy.
2. Be aware and familiar with operating procedures for all departmental machines, equipment and tools.

1. Qualified Electrical / Mechanic or Plumber with recognised Trade Test.
2. Experienced in advanced facilities and equipment maintenance practices.
3. Ability to effectively communicate with others in English.
4. Intermediate level equipment and facilities maintenance knowledge and application thereof through duties.
5. Displays a sense of urgency and dedication to meeting the needs and wishes of others.
6. Dedicated to achieving high standards by working with others in a friendly and professional manner.
7. Ability to work effectively and safely when under pressure and when placed with demands.
