This is a pivotal commercial leadership role at the heart of one of the iGaming industry's most innovative affiliates.

About the role

You will be responsible for shaping publishing and monetisation strategy, driving high‑value conversions, and delivering groundbreaking marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of publisher monetisation, developing and executing strategies that maximise traffic value and drive revenue through affiliation, advertising, and partnerships.
  • Lead the marketing strategy for proprietary products, including a sweepstake casino and prediction market, delivering robust lead generation pipelines for operator partners.
  • Optimise user journeys and lead funnels to convert audiences into first‑time depositors (FTDs) and generate long‑term Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).
  • Develop and implement forward‑thinking marketing innovations that leverage emerging technologies, channels, and trends in esports betting and online casino.
  • Collaborate with vertical leads and media teams to execute creative, data‑driven campaigns that fuel growth and engagement.
  • Champion a data‑first approach, harnessing analytics to uncover insights, optimise performance, and shape strategy.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across esports, gaming, and marketing technology.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and negotiating favourable commercial terms with partners and suppliers.
  • Mentor and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence.
