Job Description / Responsibilities :
Test Strategy & Planning : Establish and enforce QA best practices and industry standards
- Test Execution & Delivery
- Oversee test case design, execution, and defect management
- Ensure functional, non-functional (performance, security, usability), and automation testing is performed
- Ensure automation is integrated with CI / CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Balance manual vs. automated testing for maximum effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate testing risks proactively
- Ensure regression testing is conducted before every release
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry best practices
- Maintain documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Provide test status updates, dashboards, and key metrics to leadership
- Communicate risks, defects, and test progress clearly to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Drive process improvements using Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left testing approaches
- Stay updated with emerging trends in testing methodologies, tools, and AI-driven testing
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to refine testing practices
