Qualifications

• Strong in two or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, PHP, or JavaScript.

• Database skills include MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices.
• Familiar with automated testing frameworks and test-driven approaches.
• Comfortable working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with real-world deployment accountability.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role. You'll shape architecture, mentor devs, and ensure uptime, performance, and reliability across business‑critical platforms.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Optimise and enhance existing systems (CRM, eCommerce, mobile) for speed, uptime, and usability
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across product, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure
• Drive system integration, API development, and database performance
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long‑term fixes
• Document code, specs, and workstreams via ClickUp
• Uphold secure coding practices and deployment integrity
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and incremental releases
• Champion production readiness, deployment monitoring, and incident response
