Job summary
A project management company in Umhlanga Rocks is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project planning and execution. Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, with strong organisational and communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.

Education
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and status reports. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory or organisational requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams.
- National Senior Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
