School Operations Support Officer (Middle / Senior) & Project Officer

We are seeking a School Operations Support Officer (Middle / Senior) & Project Officer (Policy, Risk and Strategic Initiatives) to provide administrative support for operational logistics and resource management.

This critical role works closely with the designated Head of School and Deputy Principal to ensure accurate calendar management and support its implementation through resource bookings and coordination of logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracted bus services and event bus bookings
  • Coordinate venue hire and camps
  • Support the planning and delivery of events
  • Assist with policy development, risk register oversight, and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare presentations and reports for the Board to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements

This position requires an experienced administrator who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
