Location

Francis Baard Street, Ndinaye House, Tshwane CBD (Pretoria, Tshwane CBD)

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Forum.
  • Coordinate Forum meetings: agendas, documentation, RSVPs.
  • Draft minutes and reports for meetings and workshops.
  • Maintain professional relationships with Forum members and stakeholders.
  • Manage records in line with audit and compliance standards.
  • Arrange venues, travel, and catering per HRDC policies.
  • Process travel claims and related financial documentation.
  • Support the Project Manager with general and ad hoc tasks.
  • Assist the HRDC Secretariat with administrative and operational duties.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Project Management / Social Sciences / Natural Sciences / Engineering / Public Administration or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a project administrative role.
  • Experience preferably in public or private sector environments.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
