The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of two critical EMEA administrative transformation initiatives. The role requires a seasoned project professional with strong SAP routing and costing experience, capable of operating confidently with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and regional stakeholders. The primary focus will be on ensuring disciplined project delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and change readiness across Africa and broader EMEA operations. The position provides exposure to complex, cross-functional projects, making it ideal for someone passionate about change and results. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership – Provide full project management oversight for the EMEA and Venlo scope and oversee the rollout of the Divisional Routing & Costing Policy across multiple regions, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Support the rollout of the new routing and costing policy within SAP.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with Finance Product Domain Lead, Change Management, and EMEA teams to align objectives, facilitate workshops, and drive communication.
  • Change Implementation – Support the Integrated Supply Chain structural changes by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Coordinate and manage: Project governance and reporting, regional workshops in South Africa.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Bachelor of Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects (preferably in EMEA or Africa).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, MS Project).
  • Experience in costing and routing processes within a divisional or regional context.
  • Strong understanding of business process change, not just system implementation.
  • Comfortable operating and communication with senior executives and regional leadership.
  • Good SAP knowledge.
