A leading market research firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for delivering high-quality market research projects. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in client-facing project management, especially in online sample projects. Expertise in survey platforms and advanced Excel skills are essential. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while working US business hours (3pm - 12am SAT).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of excellence in client-facing project management of advanced online sample projects.
• Functional knowledge of survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Decipher, or Qualtrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Proactively lead advanced market research projects from kick-off to successful close.
• Lead all aspects of client communication during project delivery including timelines and issue resolution.
• Exemplify exceptional customer service through proactive communication.
