A Leading Furniture Manufacturer, situated in Selb, Johannesburg, is seeking to employ a motivated, organized, and analytical Quality Clerk to provide administrative support to the Quality Department. The role focuses on accurate data capturing, report preparation, and maintaining quality documentation in line with ISO 9001 QMS standards. The position includes managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), assisting the texture lab with recordkeeping, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

• Capture and maintain quality, testing, and inspection data accurately.
• Compile and distribute quality performance and testing reports.
• Assist with data analysis and highlight recurring quality issues.
• Maintain and report on the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system.
• Ensure document control and version management align with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Maintain organized filing systems for test records, NCRs, and approvals.
• Provide general administrative support to the Quality Department.
• Assist with internal audits, follow-ups, and improvement actions.
• Liaise with the texture lab, production, and other departments on quality matters.

• Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
• Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a quality or manufacturing environment.
• ISO 9001 QMS certification or basic training (advantageous).
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook essential).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, attentive, and able to meet deadlines independently.

Salary: R8 000 - R13 000 CTC per month (based on experience)
