Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in extrusion plant operation.
• Pest Control Fumigation Certificate.
• GFSI training certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support full production cycle from raw material intake to finished product dispatch.
• Implement and uphold the companys Continuous Improvement Process.
• Monitor equipment efficiency, lifespan, and maintenance schedules.
• Support staff management from hire to retire.
• Guarantee all products meet specifications.
