• Build positive relationships with media outlets.
• Track and report ROI on campaigns and events.

Event Management, Channel Enablement, and Internal Communication

• Coordinate vendor marketing events and activities.
• Manage channel enablement activities regularly.
• Create PR articles supporting EXN and vendor initiatives.
• Share critical marketing information internally.
• Communicate new vendor news and developments to the team.

Partner / Client Marketing, Relationship Building, and Market Research

• Apply and manage corrective actions per company policies.
• Build relationships with key partners and clients, providing support as needed.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research of the vendor landscape.
• Develop strategies in collaboration with Vendor Alliance Managers.

Reporting and Supplier Management

• Provide monthly management reports to the Marketing Team Lead.
• Prepare departmental reports, including ROI reports quarterly and marketing reconciliations monthly per product.
• Segment contacts effectively.
• Create and maintain end-user and partner subscriber databases compliant with the PoPi Act.
• Ensure suppliers meet EXN BEE procurement standards and global third-party standards.
• Manage and oversee supplier relationships.
• Review supplier services and take corrective actions when necessary.
