Responsibilities

• Send invoices and manage regular royalty collections from franchisees every two weeks.
• Review and approve credit card expenses.
• Run payroll via Gusto and calculate monthly sales commissions.
• Perform regular reviews in QuickBooks.
• Manage the administrative side of onboarding new hires.
• Handle occasional travel bookings and other administrative support tasks as needed.
