Our client, a medical facility based in Pretoria, is seeking to recruit a competent and well organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative, secretarial, bookkeeping, and payroll support to management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide personal assistant and secretarial support to management
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative duties
  • Manage general office administration and coordination
  • Handle diary and calendar management for management
  • Assist with day to day operational tasks
  • Provide social media support and basic content management
  • Prepare Excel based reports and manage data accurately
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic social media knowledge
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Relevant experience preferred; formal qualification not essential
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
