This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Consultant based in Cape Town.

The Technical Consultant will consult with clients on our WMS solutions, involving process analysis of AS IS and TO BE states.

The role includes software installation and configuration, including SQL coding, followed by on-site change management, training, implementation, and support. There is some work-from-home flexibility to balance in-office and remote work.

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in consulting roles or excellent communication skills with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the warehouse management or supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in T-SQL is required
• Self-motivated and driven individuals are required
• Open to recent engineering graduates without work experience if they communicate well and are intelligent
