A dynamic multi-service organization in Centurion is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, foster a positive culture, and support their talented team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management and at least 5 years of HR management experience. This role includes leading recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with South African labour laws, and developing HR strategies that promote business growth.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR management role.
- In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and compliance.
- Experience with FSP environments is not mandatory but can be beneficial.
