We are looking for a competent and experienced Hospitality Manager for a busy and thriving Winelands Estate.

The successful candidate will need to possess outstanding organizational & communication skills, meticulous planning and leadership skills and a passion for the upmarket hospitality sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Staff Management
• Manage Hospitality budgets ( Guest house, Tasting Rooms)
• Oversee estate events
• Retail procurement – appoint relevant suppliers and selection of products
• Liaising with media / VIP clients / guests
• Customer service
• Positively & actively promote the company services and products

Requirements:

• A proven track record as an experienced Hospitality Manager
• Excellent communication ( fluent in English & Afrikaans) and negotiation skills
• Computer literacy- MS Office
• Excellent classic cuisine & wine knowledge
