Your Role

• Oversee all aspects of salon operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
• Train and mentor the Assistant Manager to grow into a leadership role
• Manage bookings, inventory, staff schedules and supplier relationships
• Daily cash ups
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client satisfaction
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional beauty treatments and service

What You Bring
