Job summary

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with payroll administration, including verifying employee timesheets and calculating payroll.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Processing and tracking invoices, receipts, purchase orders and processing payments.
  • Assisting with payroll and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and other necessary reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Assisting with compliance reporting and ensuring adherence to accounting standard.
  • Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes, including ensuring proper accounting and reporting procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years in similar role or experience.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Analytic skills and good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standard.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
